We handle the operations, marketing systems, automations, and strategy they don't have time for. Our Client Growth Strategists are the connective tissue — the people our clients hear from most and trust the most.

The Role

Client Growth Strategist — Client Growth

You'll own a book of 8–10 active client accounts. Your job is to make sure every one of them is growing, informed, and never wondering what's happening. You'll work directly with clients day-to-day and coordinate with our internal team to deliver. This is not a hand-holding role — it's a leadership role where the results speak for themselves.

What You'll Own

Day-to-day client communication — proactive updates, not just replies

Reviewing campaign performance, spotting gaps, and bringing solutions before the client asks

Leading client calls and guiding them through strategy with confidence

Coordinating with the internal team (copywriters, media buyers, ops) to execute deliverables

Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities when the time is right

Keeping clients bought in, excited, and moving forward — even through slow periods
